Roll Initiative! On episode 12 of The Cosplay Crunch, Feelsbender AKA Sarah joins the podcast and brings Chicago excellence to your ears! We explore Sarah's background in cosplay, Zach and Sarah’s shared love for RWBY, and the demise of Rooster Teeth. Feelsbender/Sarah is a Filipino-American cosplayer based in Chicago. Her sewing and craft skills are self taught from the past 18 years she's been in the community. She's dabbled in constructing cosplays from scratch to modifying existing garment pieces. Sarah has cosplayed from video games to anime, tv shows, podcasts and obscure media. Her focus on cosplay and crafting are centered around fun groups and niche passion projects and has begun its shift into the TTRPG space and the Renfaire scene. What Sarah loves the most about her time in cosplay are the incredibly talented friends, wacky memories and sewing crimes she's made along the way. And when she isn't working on costumes, she's relaxing with a good book, staring up at the sky and studying stars or playing in one too many online tabletop games with her friends.
